Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Color Season Match Chrome extension (the "Extension") operated by Essuman Creations, LLC ("we", "our", or "us").
By installing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Extension.
Color Season Match is a Chrome browser extension that helps users analyze colors on web pages and determine how those colors relate to seasonal color palettes. The Extension uses Chrome's EyeDropper API to read color values directly from your screen and provides instant seasonal matching results based on the 12-season color analysis system.
The Extension uses a daily usage system for color analysis:
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Account page in the Extension, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
If you purchase a Lifetime plan while a Monthly or Yearly subscription is active (or vice versa), the existing plan will continue to bill until you cancel it through Manage Subscription. Email [email protected] for help consolidating overlapping plans.
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
The Extension, including its design, features, color analysis algorithm, and content, is owned by Essuman Creations, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Extension without our prior written consent.
The Extension requires certain browser permissions to function, including the EyeDropper API and access to extension storage for authentication. By installing the Extension, you grant us permission to use these capabilities for the sole purpose of providing color analysis functionality. We do not access page content, browsing history, or any data beyond the specific color values you actively select.
The Extension is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
Color analysis results are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be considered professional fashion or styling advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Essuman Creations, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Extension.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Extension shall not exceed the amount you paid for subscriptions in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Essuman Creations, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Extension or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Extension at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the Extension and deleting your account through the Account page.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Extension after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
