How do I use Color Season Match?

Select your color season from the dropdown, click "Find Color Season," then click any color on your screen. The extension instantly shows the color's hex code, which of the 12 seasonal palettes it belongs to, and how well it matches your personal season.

How many free analyses do I get?

Free users get 6 color analyses per day. The counter resets every 24 hours. Upgrade to a paid plan for unlimited analyses.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Go to the Account tab in the extension and click "Manage Subscription." This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can update payment methods, change plans, or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to the Account tab in the extension, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account." This cancels any active subscription, removes your data, and signs you out. You can re-register with the same email later using "Create Account."

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, enter your email address and click "Forgot password?" to receive a reset link.

The eyedropper isn't working.

The EyeDropper API requires Chrome 95 or later. Make sure your browser is up to date. The tool also won't work on Chrome internal pages (chrome://, chrome-extension://, or the Chrome Web Store).
